Online Purchase Decisions and Behaviors of Online Shoppers

Introduction: The nature of online purchasing has taken shape and significant turns with the advent Internet technology. Technology is continuously developing widening, giving people a more comfortable life. purpose this research to analyze behavior consumers in factors that influence decision-making. Methodology: Using quantitative descriptive design, survey questionnaire was made validated. researchers chose 100 shoppers Qatar using purposive quota sampling distributed instrument, google forms. Result: results study showed all four influencing factors: Convenience, Time-Saving, Website Design features, Security, have contributions affecting decision behaviors respondents, additionally concluded younger buyers focuses on aesthetics while older practicability, female purchased than male lastly 3-4 years experience are highest familiarity. Discussion: Furthermore, shows different focus concerning their age, sex, shopping experience. Recommendation: E-commerce business owners should ensure factors, such as convenience, time-saving, website design security, adequately managed given explicit attention.
